Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

  • Hair care products
  • Opened or used items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

We only accept returns for eligible items if they are:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • In original packaging
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

Luv Bliss Boutique reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

This helps us investigate and resolve your issue quickly.

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • Store credit
  • A refund (if applicable)

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We currently only offer exchanges for items that arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After processing or shipment begins, orders cannot be canceled.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Luv Bliss Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is missing, please contact:
